After a total of 576 votes the Better Futures “If I Had One Wish” Calendar Art Competition electronic voting process came to a close. There were a total of 61 entries to the competition from which 21 pieces were selected by the adjudicators for entry into the electronic voting process. From these 21 pieces the following 13 pieces, in random order, received the most votes and will therefore be featured in the 2010 “If I Had One Wish” Calendar:

The Better Futures Committee would like to extend appreciation to all students who entered their work into the “If I Had One Wish” competition, and to their teachers and parents for supporting them. Best wishes are also extended to the students whose work made it to the electronic voting round and of course to the 13 students who received the most votes in that round.

Prizes for the 13 top entries will be forwarded to the finalists within the first two weeks of the new academic year.

Keep on wishing and dreaming because that is how ideas that can really change our world begin. Congratulations to all!
